JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as the subject matter in dispute in the original petition has been settled between the parties, the petitioner is no longer desirous of prosecuting the original petition. Hence, the original petition may be dismissed as withdrawn, in the light of the memo dated 19.02.2021. In the light of the above submission, the original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
