This Crl.M.C. is filed for quashing the F.I.R. registered in crime No.1559/2014 of Palarivattom Police Station. Today when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that, the investigation in this case was completed on 30.03.2015 and final report submitted. But some defects were noted by the jurisdictional Magistrate and the same was returned. Thereafter, the same was re-submitted only on 08.12.2022 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate’s Court-XI, Ernakulam.
In such circumstances, this Crl.M.C. is closed recording the
above submission and without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the final report submitted.
