The proceedings under challenge is initiated against the petitioner under Section 107 Cr.P.C. by the Sub Divisional Magistrate. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that the Sub Divisional Magistrate has already dropped the proceedings on 17.03.2021. In such circumstances, further orders are not necessary. Accordingly, this Crl.M.C. is closed recording the said submission.
