JUDGMENT
This Contempt Case is filed complaining that the directives contained in the judgment dated 24.10.2019 in W.P.(C) No. 28276 of 2019 is not complied with.
However, today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Senior Government Pleader has produced a Government Order dated 07.04.2022, from where I am satisfied that the directives issued by this Court in the judgment in question is complied with and the appointment of the petitioner is approved on and with effect from 01.10.2005 as is requested in the writ petition. Therefore, there is no need to proceed with the Contempt Petition any further.
Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
