JUDGMENT
A statement has been filed by the learned Senior Government Pleader on 24.3.2022. It is stated that in respect of the seniority list for the period 2017, 2018 and 2019, Sri. Sajeev Kumar K, Smt.Alphy Jacob and Smt.Bindu P.T have raised objections. A writ petition has also been instituted by Smt. Alphy Jacob, which is pending. It is further stated that the combined seniority list for the years 2017 to 2021 has been provisionally approved by the respondent. The respondent has undertaken that as and when the objections
are cleared, the provisional seniority list shall be finalized. A copy of the provisional seniority list shall be forwarded to the petitioner.
Sri. C.D.Dileep, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the above turn of events, the Contempt Case can be closed.
This Contempt Case is closed.
