ORDER
When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act is also incorporated, he may be granted some time to move the designated Court seeking bail and that the 'not to arrest' order already granted may continue for some more time so as to enable him to approach the jurisdictional Court. Therefore, I dispose of the bail application with the following direction:
It is made clear that the interim order granted 'not to arrest the petitioner' shall continue to be in force for a further period of three weeks from today.
