This is an application for anticipatory bail.

Petitioners are arrayed as accused in Crime No.123 of 2022 of Chandera Police Station registered alleging commission of offences punishable under Sections, 323 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code

When the matter was taken up for consideration, it is submitted that offences punishable under the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 are also involved in this case. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners shall appear before the designated court and seek for bail and in the meanwhile there shall be an order not to arrest the petitioners.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Since this is a case involving offences under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, it is for the petitioners to approach the special court, seeking bail. In order to
