ORDER
This is an application for anticipatory bail.
B.A. No.41 of 2022 : 3 :
workers of VSSC, Thiruvananthapuram, which created political vengeances against him from another trade union. Only to wreck such political vengeances that the present crime is got registered against the petitioner. It is the further case of the petitioner that none of the persons who have been cheated by the petitioner has made any complaint in this regard.
The petitioner shall surrender before the investigating officer and co-operate with the investigation. It is made clear that if the

petitioner moves an application for bail, the jurisdictional magistrate shall consider the application for bail submitted by the petitioner without much delay, if the same is moved after serving copy of the application to the learned Public Prosecutor in advance.
