Petitioner is a contractor undertaking the works of the Kerala Water Authority. The grievance voiced by the petitioner in the writ petition concerns the delay on the part of the Water Authority in disbursing the proceeds of the third part and final bill as also the retention amount in respect of a work executed by him satisfactorily.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is closed recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the Water Authority.
