This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the
following reliefs:
“i. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate with order or direction commanding the first respondent to look into Exts.P1 and P6 complaint and further directing the first respondent to initiate action against the second respondent for violating the provisions of Kerala Municipal Building Rules. ii. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the first respondent to issue prohibitory orders restraining the second respondent from proceeding with the illegal construction.
iii. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper on the facts and circumstances of the case; and
