Ext.P3 Government Order appointing the second respondent as Vice Chancellor in charge to the Kalamandalam Deemed University is challenged in this writ petition. It is alleged that the appointment is violative of Section 6.2 of UGC (Institution Deemed to be University) Regulations and notifications issued by the Government vide Exhibit P2.
that a regular Vice Chancellor has been appointed and Ext.P3 is no longer in force. Therefore, writ petition has also become infructuous.
Placing on record the above, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
