On this day, when the matter came up for further hearing, on instructions, Mr. P. Sreekumar, learned Standing Counsel for Kerala University of Health Sciences/1^st respondent submitted that provisional affiliation to start B. Pharm Course for the academic year 2020-21 with an intake of 100 students has been granted to Kerala Academy of Pharmacy, Pankajakasthuri College of Engineering & Technology, Thiruvananthapuram/appellant herein.

Learned Standing Counsel further submitted that as on today, Kerala University of Health Sciences/1^st respondent has not issued any order extending the time for admission.

If time is extended, then admission of students be permitted for the academic year 2020-21, in accordance with the procedure followed by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination.

With the above directions writ appeal is disposed of.
