The writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:
“i. To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 1st respondent to take appropriate supervisory steps to continue with the conduct of election to the 2nd respondent Jama'ath through 3rd respondent as per Ext.P1 election schedule as expeditiously as possible or any date fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
ii. To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 3rd respondent to continue with the conduct of election to the 2nd respondent Jama'ath through in compliance with directions in Ext.P2 order dated 07.12.2020 in OP (Wakf) No.14 of 2020 provisionally subjected to the decision from the competent court regarding the eligibility of 4th resplendent.
iii. To pass such order that is deemed just, necessary and proper by this Hon'ble Court.”
