The petitioner substantially seeks execution of order in Ext.P4. The writ remedy for the limited extent of directing consideration of Ext.P5, is also misconceived. We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, liberty is granted to petitioner to send a reminder to the concerned vis-a-vis Ext.P5 and the inaction continues, liberty is preserved for moving the competent Court/Tribunal.

The writ petition is dismissed with the above observation.
