The writ petition is filed praying for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of Ext.P7 appeal or stay petition as expeditiously as possible within a time limit to be fixed by this Court after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner contends that she along with her husband and father are in possession and enjoyment of 20.35 Ares of property in re.sy.No.39/10, 12 and 40/5 of Pullampara Village of Nedumangad Taluk. Apart from that, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of 1.20 Ares of property in re.sy.No.39/5 of Pullampara Village for more than 50 years. Petitioner filed O.S.No.280 of 2018 before the Munsiff's Court, Nedumangad seeking a declaration of ownership of property by claiming adverse possession. While the said suit was pending consideration, Ext.P6 order was issued by the 3rd respondent under Land Conservancy Act, whereby the petitioner was directed to vacate from the land comprising in block No.23, re. sy. No.39/5 of Pullampara Village having an extent of 1.20 Ares, failing which she will be summarily evicted from the land by using force.
