ORDER
Application for regular bail.
The petitioner, who is accused No.5 in Crime No.41/2021 of Kannapuram Police Station, Kannur District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 461, 414 and r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has moved this application for his release on bail.
with the other accused have broken an ATM counter of Pappinisseri Co-operative Bank and committed theft of a sum of Rs.4,30,500/and thereby committed the aforesaid offences.

application contending that he has been involved in two other crimes of similar nature and now the investigation in all the cases have been completed and this case stands posted for framing of charge to 08.10.2021 (today).
in Kerala and he is also involved in two other cases of similar nature. Seriousness of the offence alleged against is matter for consideration in deciding the bail application. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner as well the facts and circumstances involved in this case, I do not find any materials to

infer that this is an appropriate case in which he can be enlarged on bail. Hence, the report of the learned Magistrate is accepted and six months time is granted for disposal of the case.
Therefore, the learned Magistrate shall dispose of the case within six months from 07.10.2021. If the trial of the case is delayed, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again for his release on bail.
With these directions this bail application is disposed of.
