The writ petition relates to an appeal which is filed regarding
the 'Kalolsavam' held during 2019. The issue has become stale.
However, the counsel for the petitioner submits that certain legal
issues had been raised and that the petitioner may not be put in a
position where he cannot be challenge it again.
In the above circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as
infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to raise the legal issues
raised in the writ petition in appropriate proceedings.
