The issue relates to a tender which was floated by

2. At the time of admission, this Court had directed the respondent not to proceed further with the tender. Due to passage of time, no further relief can be granted in this case, except making the interim order absolute.

Hence the writ petition is closed making the interim order absolute. The disposal of this case will not stand in the way of the respondent University issuing fresh tenders, if they are so advised.
