Second respondent is awaited. However Mr. Saju J. Vallyara has filed vakalath for the second respondent.

The second respondent was granted regular permit subject to settlement of timings. It seems that the respondent has a case that most of the timings suggested by him are in clash with the petitioners' services. Hence, the petitioners raised Ext.P3 and Ext.P4 objections against the proposal of timings. The prayer sought in the writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 and Ext.P4 objections against the proposal of timings.

Having considered the limited relief sought by the petitioners and after hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Senior Government Pleader and the learned Counsel for the second respondent, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to

the first respondent that timing shall be fixed as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the second respondent herein, including the petitioners and all other objectors within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
