The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, on 03.12.2021 the respondents have handed over the possession of the School Building to the petitioner. In such circumstances, no more orders are required in this writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
