"Punchathodu" has been surveyed in accordance with the references cited. As per reference 6 cited, a team of 6 surveyors are entitled to survey the "Punchathodu" and they were surveyed the land and submitted a detail report and survey sketch showing the present lie of "punchathodu". Cochin Corporation in reference 3rd cited has requested to survey the land comprised in survey numbers 316, 417, 418, 419, 420, 421, 423, 424, 435, 436 of Elamkulam Village. In those survey numbers, survey number 316/1 has been subdivided into 316/2, 4, 6 and 8 accordingly in land acquisition for various purposes. In addition, those survey numbers are only marked as "puramboke" in village records, rest of the land in all other survey numbers are vested with private persons in BTR ie, Edathamar maneykkal Aryan Aryan Bhattathirippadu in Thandapper number 400. In village records, the survey number 417/1, 435/2, 436/3, 4, 8, 423/2, 424/2 are recorded as 'paramb' and rest of the other survey number are recorded as 'Nilam'. As per references 6th cited, instructions were already given to Secretary Cochin Corporation to produce the document in order to prove their right over the land which has to be surveyed. But till date nothing has been produced by the Cochin Corporation and moreover, Cochin Corporation authorized has not co-operated with the survey works. It is seen that, the land owner in Survey number 420/2, 3 only has gave a land relinquishment request (photo copy) to the Cochin Corporation. But further details in this regard is not known in this office.
