The petitioner, who is the Corporate Manager of Chaldean Syrian Church Schools in Thrissur District, has approached this court aggrieved by the delay in considering Ext.P4 request to extend the period of suspension of the fourth respondent beyond 15 days, as stipulated under Rule 67(8) of Chapter XIV A- KER.

When the matter was taken up, the learned senior counsel and the learned Government Pleader also submitted that Ext.P4 has been posted today for final hearing. Hence, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition recording the above and the third respondent shall pass orders today itself.

Writ Petition is disposed of with above direction.
