JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent
to hear the petitioner before passing any order with respect to the application made by the first respondent for the construction of a compound wall upon the property comprised in Sy. No. 525/1 and 525/2 of Edakochi Village in Kochi Taluk.
Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
