The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition concerns the delay on the part of the additional fifth respondent in granting the police clearance certificate sought by him.

2 . The learned Government Pleader, on instructions,

points out that the police clearance certificate has not been issued since the petitioner is an accused in Ext.P7 case.

¶23

In the light of the orders issued by this Court in similar and identical writ petitions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the additional fifth respondent to issue the police clearance certificate sought by the petitioner mentioning the particulars of the cases if any, registered against the petitioner. This shall be done within two weeks.
