JUDGMENT
First petitioner is the holder of a regular
permit. The petitioners have submitted a joint application seeking transfer of permit to the name of the 2nd petitioner. The application though submitted as early as in April, 2021 is not being ordered, is the grievance of the petitioners.
Without expressing anything on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext P3 application, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is clarified that it shall be open for the respondents to have the application considered by circulation in terms of Rule 130 of the Kerala Motor Vehicles Rules.
