The writ petition is filed seeking the following

reliefs:-

“i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any

other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the respondent to issue the varied permit deleting the timings of the trips now operating to Cheikkallu as allowed by the Regional Transport Authority as per Exhibit P3 forthwith, in the interest of justice.

ii) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the respondent to pass final orders on Exhibit P4 joint application submitted by the petitioner for transfer of Exhibit P1 permit expeditiously at any rate within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice.”

The learned Government Pleader on instructions

submits that Ext.P4 application seeking transfer of permit is boarded for consideration in the meeting scheduled to be held on 06.10.2021. On orders being passed thereon, the respondent shall take steps for issuance of varied permit in the light of Ext.P3 order of the Regional Transport Authority, without delay.
