JUDGMENT
Petitioner herein is the RC owner of vehicle
No.KL-59C-9471, which was registered as a taxi. The vehicle was attached by the revenue authority and in the possession of the petitioner which he is now using as a taxi. The petitioner has filed Ext.P5 representation, requesting to change the registration as taxi, which was accepted by the second respondent and the change of class of vehicle was approved with certain conditions. Now, it is submitted that the petitioner has submitted Ext.P10 representation before the third respondent -Tahsildar. This has not been considered and appropriate orders passed is the grievance of the petitioner.
