The petitioners are members of the third respondent
Society. They have approached this Court alleging inaction and inordinate delay on the part of respondents 1 and 2 in considering Ext.P1 complaint preferred by them along with 26 other members of the society. Ext.P1 has been filed alleging mismanagement, misappropriation
of funds etc. by the members of the Board of Directors of the Society. All that the petitioners seek for is, a timely action on the complaint.
