Petitioner claims that he was awarded

the work of 'AMRUT 2017-19 – replacing of existing 110mm AC pipe from Chekkalamukku to Society Junction' by the Kerala Water Authority as per Ext.P1 selection notice dated 24.10.2018 and Ext.P2 agreement was executed on 08.11.2018.

2. It is stated that the work was

completed on 02.02.2020. Requesting for

processing the final bill and to release the amounts due to the petitioner, it is stated that Ext.P5 representation has been submitted before the respondents 2 and 3.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied

with a direction to dispose of the

representation.

4. I heard Sri.Bejamin Paul, learned Standing Counsel for the Water Authority also.
