JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is the owner in possession of 12.6
Ares of property in Survey No.282/10-2 of Mookannoor Village, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 3rd respondent to act in compliance of Rule 117 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Rules and prepare the map of her property based on the existing survey records of the land and issue the approved survey map at the earliest. The petitioner has also sought for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate disciplinary proceedings against the 3rd respondent for the dereliction of duty and the act of verification of the correctness of a decree of a civil court and questioning the authority of the civil court in property disputes. The further relief sought for is a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application dated 06.02.2019 submitted by the petitioner.
