JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus commanding respondents 2 to 5 to grant adequate protection to the life of the petitioner. The petitioner has also sought for a writ of mandamus commanding respondents 2 to 5 to consider and take action on the basis of Exts.P1 and P2 complaints submitted by him.
Based on the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however without prejudice to the aforesaid right of the petitioner.
