The petitioner has approached this Court seeking to direct the Deputy Tahsildar, Land Reforms, Kuthuparamba to issue the Purchase Certificate as per application No.1358/2008 which is pending before the respondent authority without causing further delay.
memo in this writ petition producing a communication from the Deputy Tahsildar, which states that the case number referred to by the petitioner is 1358/2008, but in fact, the number is 1358/2009. In the proceedings, it was seen that the property in question claimed by the petitioner has already been transferred in full to two different persons as per deeds registered in the S.R.O., Kannur. Accordingly, the case has been dismissed on 27.06.2011.
