JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator holding a regular permit which is valid upto 02.06.2022. The petitioner is operating with the timings allotted as early as in the year 1997. Seeking revision of timings, the petitioner submitted Ext P3 before the 2^nd respondent. Ext P3 was submitted as early as on 15.04.2021. The petitioner seeks for an expeditious consideration of the same.

Having hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2^nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext P3 with due notice to the affected parties, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
