The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first

respondent to consider Ext.P1 timing objection submitted

by him. The petitioner is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating on the route Andhakaranazhy - Chellanam - Ernakulam South - High Court. Another operator-the second respondent, with vehicle No.KL-7/AU

5067 has been issued with a revised timing as per which there is clash of timings from Thoppumpady to Chellanam. It is accordingly that the petitioner has filed Ext.P1 objections. The objection was submitted as early as on 17.04.2021 and the same is pending consideration.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the

first respondent to consider Ext.P1 objections with due notice to the petitioner, second respondent and other
