Being aggrieved by the judgment in W.P.(C)No.33953 of
2018 dated 1.11.2018, instant writ appeal is filed.

“3. In my considered view, this writ petition can be disposed of with appropriate directions, enabling the 6th respondent also to take part in the proceedings initiated as per Ext.P17. Therefore, the 6th respondent is given the liberty to submit any objection or representation against Ext.P17, within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment, which, if received, shall be finalised by the Secretary, at the earliest possible, and at any rate

within three weeks thereafter. Parties will be guided by the orders so passed, and I also make it clear that, the said directions are issued keeping in mind that Ext.P16 order has become final. ”
