The action of the firm in non supplying the products to the corporation in time has caused a situation of shortage of supplies in the Government hospital of the state Considering these facts and also as per Clause 6.26.22 and 6.39 of the tender document, the firm was blacklisted for two years w.e.f. 06.05.2021.
