The learned Government Pleader seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Appeal without prejudice to his right to move the learned Single Judge with a Review Petition producing documents which according to the learned Government Pleader were available at the relevant point in time, but could not be produced. Permission is granted. The Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the appellants reserved above.
