The son of the petitioner died in a motor accident

¶26

on 17.11.2008. The claim for compensation was made before the Tribunal in the year 2009. So far, the petitioner has not been able to realise any amount towards compensation. The petitioner seeks for an expeditious disposal of the execution proceedings.

On due consideration of the report obtained

through the Registry, the original petition is disposed of directing the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Thrissur, to take expeditious steps in EP 124/2020 and to have the same taken to a logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible, and at any rate before April, 2022.
