It is appropriate that the Family Court pass appropriate orders in the petition, after hearing the respondents, within a period of one month. Ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before the Family Court and shall also serve a copy to the counsel appearing for the respondents before the Family Court.
