This original petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of E.P.No.221/2018 in RCP.No.70/2015 on the files of the Rent Control Munsiff's Court, Thalassery. On 15.2.2021, this Court called for a report from the Munsiff's Court, Thalassery. The report of the Officer is on board. Three months' time is sought for the disposal of the case. Accordingly, we direct the execution court to complete the proceedings on or before 30.6.2021.
This O.P.(RC) is disposed of as above.
