This original petition was filed challenging the order dated 23.01.2021 in I.A.No.397/2021 in O.P.No. 1932/2020 of the Family Court, Ernakulam, dismissing the application filed for waiving the statutory period of six months from the date of filing of the petition, for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent. It is appropriate that the parties appear before the Family Court. We direct the parties to appear before the Family Court for recording their statement on 5.4.2021 as the statutory period of six months will be over by that time.
