JUDGMENT
When this original petition came up for further consideration today, it was pointed out by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Bank that the petitioner has not remitted the amount of Rs.50 lakhs, as agreed to be remitted on or before 13.11.2021 and as recorded in the order dated 08.11.2021.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is withdrawing the original petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal. Accordingly, the original petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty sought.
