This Contempt Petition is filed complaining
that the directives contained in the judgment dated 24.06.2016 in W.P.(C) No.6974/2014 is not complied with.
up, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has produced a judgment of a learned Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.489 of 2017, from where it
is evident that, the judgment of this Court was reversed in the appeal.
In that view of the matter, I do not think
anything survives to be considered in the contempt petition, it is closed accordingly, however at that
point of time, the learned counsel appearing for
the contempt petitioner submitted that, against the judgment a review is pending before this Court. In

that view of the matter liberty is granted to the contempt petitioner to re-open the proceedings, if
situation warrants.
