When this Contempt of Court Case came up for
hearing today, the learned counsel on either side submitted that a writ appeal has been preferred against the judgment in W.P.(C) No.40660 of 2017 and a Division Bench of this Court has stayed the operation of the judgment.
In view of the above, the Contempt of Court Case cannot be proceeded now. Accordingly, the Contempt of Court Case is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to move this Court again, if it is warranted.
