Dated this the 26th day of March 2021
This contempt petition is filed by the petitioner complaining that the directives contained in the judgment dated 6.8.2018 in W.P.(C) No.248330/2013 are not complied with.
However, today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel appearing for respondent has produced before me an order dated 23.3.2021, from where I am satisfied that the directions are complied with and therefore, I do not find any reason to pursue the contempt petition any further and it is closed accordingly, leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the order passed, if advised and aggrieved so.
