ORDER
Petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No. 329 of 2020 of Changaramkulam police station, which was registered alleging offence punishable under Sections 153 of the IPC, Section 120(o) of the Kerala Police Act and Section 2 of Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act. The petitioner submits that the crime was registered only on the basis of some report reported in Janmabhumi Daily.
Prosecutor submits that on completion of investigation charge sheet has already been laid before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ponnani. That means, his custodial interrogation is not necessary. The petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the jurisdictional Court and seek bail.
Bail Application is closed as above.
