ORDER
When taken up, the learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 7th May 2021, the petitioner had surrendered before the Investigating Officer on 08.05.2021 and made himself available for interrogation; his confession statement was recorded; in the light of the above, his further interrogation is not warranted.
This is recorded. In the event of arrest he shall be released on bail on executing bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand rupees only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer; he shall co-operate with the investigation, shall not try to contact or influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence and shall not involve in any crime during the period on bail.
Bail Application is disposed of as above.
