The writ petition was filed complaining non
payment of fees to the petitioner who was appearing for the respondent Board.
respondent had not received the copies of the judgments in which petitioner claims to have appeared and that payment has already been made in respect of the judgments furnished before the respondents.
the petitioner submits that the certified copies of six out of the seven judgments have already been furnished to the respondents.

submitted that as soon as the certified copies of the judgments are received the same would be furnished in respect of the remaining one judgment.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that payment would be made as against the said judgment also, as and when it is produced within a period of one month
from the date of receipt of the said judgment.
The writ petition is accordingly closed.
