The Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the 1st
respondent to disburse the entire amount due to the petitioner towards flood relief as recommended in Ext.P2. Ext.P2 is a report of the overseer, according to which the damage suffered to the petitioner's residential building was found to be Rs.1,67,200/-.
that the assessment of loss was made in accordance with the G.O.(Ms)18/2018/DMD dated 03.09.2018.
The Writ Petition is accordingly closed as the
petitioner is not found eligible for any further amount.
