JUDGMENT
Sri.Harisankar V.Menon, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit on the basis of instructions of his party that during the pendency of this writ petition, the departmental authorities has issued penalty order dated 13.01.2020 in relation to the matters in the impugned Ext.P-5 proceedings and that therefore, the petitioner has now been advised to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to file a comprehensive Writ Petition (Civil), so as to incorporate the challenge not only in relation to the matters raised in this W.P(C), but also the subsequent factual averments.
With the said liberty, the above Writ Petition (Civil) will stand dismissed as withdrawn.
